Feed the fish pond at Wych Cross – is closed due to the COVID-19 situation.

Opening Hours form the 27th April till 18th May 2020. Koi Water Barn has taken the decision that the shop until further notice is not open to walk in customers.
We are still open for business but as follows, and have taken the decision to close Sunday and Monday, and Thursday to allow us to catch up with all orders, emails and telephone enquires to ensure that all are responded too. If an emergency the phone will be on divert to my mobile but PLEASE only for emergencies.

  • Monday – CLOSED
  • Tuesday – Mail Order, and Collection from Car Park 10am to 2pm
  • Wednesday – Mail order, and collection from car park 10am to 2pm
  • Thursday – CLOSED
  • Friday – Mail order only (Will be sent out the following Tuesday)
  • Saturday – Mail Order and Collection from Car Park 10am to 2pm
  • Sunday – CLOSED
We have been advised that we can only send Koi via Courier as follows, so please if wishing to order koi for home delivery take note of the following:
  • Wednesday 29th April for Thursday Delivery
  • Tuesday 5th May for Wednesday Delivery
  • Week Commencing 11th May NO DELIVERIES!
Please call us on 01689 878 161. The shop number is on divert to my mobile so please let it ring and if I am not in the shop it will divert and will be answered, even when closed. Please however understand that if your call is not answered we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, and if you can, please email us instead of calling, as all emails will be responded to but not always on the day that they are sent due to the overwhelming number of enquires we are getting.

I hope you understand why we have taken these steps to reduce our opening and exposure to direct customer contact during these challenging times, and ultimately ask as many of our customers as possible to take advantage our mail order or collection service where possible as we just want all of you to BE SAFE and STAY AT HOME.
